The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable with a good shower and blackout blinds. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of parking and within walking distance of the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been more varied.

Always come back to this hotel. Helpful staff even printed documents for me. Has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, bar, restaurant. Will be back for New Year.

This hotel is a great find for a short ski getaway. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city, close to the lake and the restaurants. It's convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the basic amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the option of an extra bed, as we were traveling with three people. The breakfast served was also a nice touch, providing a satisfying start to our day on the slopes.

Located centrally, close to the main attractions and with free parking available nearby. the rooms were comfortable, designed to keep away the cold and there was a good view. There was free transportation available to take guests to the ski resort located nearby.

The breakfast could have been better managed, with insufficient milk and unclear self-service procedures. We were also troubled by noise at nights by young people outside.
